First HOLIDAY update....

Everyone, enjoy the early part of your break!

When you get a chance, check the links to the right regarding the "weekly schedule" and "important dates" for the week when we return to school.

Class today (Friday)...

Hi, everyone. If you checked the "weekly schedule" for this week at all last weekend or during the early part of the week, you already KNEW I wouldn't be in class today. I was in an all-day English department meeting...fun fun.

Anyway, to clarify some things:

1.) In class today, your task was to take notes regarding yet another series of "film notes" and then read any selection on your own for "pleasure". For Monday, be prepared to review the notes from today and practice with the terms a bit.


2.) Please check this blog at some point tomorrow or Sunday to get a heads-up on next week's schedule...including details on an upcoming quiz over "film notes" and the start to our first major "adaptation novel" assignment.

3.) Have a great weekend!

I'm sure you're all enjoying yourselves these past two days, huh? Happy early XMAS with all of this time off!

We will continue with our "Film Notes" in class once we're all back together.
